Our Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Steve Regan Co. We appreciate your business and if you are not satisfied with you purchase we are here to help.
All returns must be approved within 30 calendar days to return the item(s) purchased from the date you received the item(s).
All item(s) must be unused and unopened in the same condition that the item(s) were received, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc (unless the product is defective or damaged). We will not accept returns if packaging is opened or not in its original condition - we will return such items to you (unless product is defective or damaged). If you reject that return shipment, Steve Regan Co. reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
All returns must be approved. To get an RMA (return merchandise authorization number), please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your receipt or proof of purchase and a brief explanation of what is wrong with the item(s) you have received. A returns specialist will contact you via email with an RMA number that is to be written down on the packaging that item(s) will be returned in.
Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you that the item(s) have been received and inspected. We will notify you within 1 - 3 business days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a credit to your credit/debit card within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We provide a full refund, less any outgoing shipping cost on all standard free shipping orders.
